Hello!  My name is Don Damborg and I want to teach you how to
play the guitar! 

 

I have been teaching the guitar for over 20 years and people love my class - you will too!

 

In my beginner guitar class, you will learn how to play the guitar correctly and have fun.  I will teach you the best guitar techniques, hand positions, strumming patterns, how to play chords, how to read guitar charts -
you will HAVE FUN and you will learn FAST!

By the end of the course, you will be able to read guitar chord charts, strum, use the capo, transpose songs,
and play the guitar!

My intermediate class takes things to the next level and includes more advance skills such as: playing scales, improvising, and learning advanced chords
and strumming patterns.

​

My course is for all ages - from youth (age 13) through adult.  

​

I am an expert guitar player and have been playing the guitar for decades.  I have a Master's Degree in music and have won scholarships and awards from the University of Minnesota, Berklee College of Music in Boston, and the University of North Texas.

I love to work with people and help them to have fun while learning the guitar. In a patient and easy-to-learn way, I will guide you through the entire process! 

 

Group guitar lessons are a great way to learn the guitar, and also a great way to meet new people and
have fun in a learning community!
